- Kevin McLain Added 2017-12-21★ ★ ★ ★ ★A really fantastic brewery doing some interesting things on the Gaspe Peninsula. The Red Ale was as close to perfect as you could get. Nice up front with a tasty malt finish. The IPA was incredibly well-balanced and fruity. I can get behind this expression. The also had a Blonde w/ Thyme that worked very well. I was expecting to be overwhelmed but man what a perfect late summer or fall beer. All in all had a great experience. Thanks!
